‘The Book of Imaginary Beings’ (1957) by Jorge Luis Borges is an idiosyncratic encyclopedia of more than 100 creatures that derive from mythologies and literatures from all over the world. In this project, I use the medium of digital collage to collect and compose whatever occurs through multiple connotations when reading each entry. Mythic and mythical beings, mapped entities, and hybrid fantasies could present similar parallelisms in the sphere of the real world that are in need of realization. They come in 29,70 x 40,30 cm ‘Photo Luster’ Fine Art Epson Giclée Prints, on high-quality inkjet paper of 250 gr, as well as separate A6 mini-print of the collage and the original text.
