The Strix corset top executes a sartorial trompe-l’œil. Α dense, intricate labyrinth of interwoven black filaments form a continuous, web-like lattice. The negative spaces within the perforated mesh mimic transparency, yet the complex pattern actively refracts the gaze, obscuring bare skin without relying on conventional textile opacity. Τhe halter silhouette translates internal physiological boundaries into a porous structure. Built layer by layer using a continuous hand-drawn technique, the piece regulates visibility, breathability, and bodily containment. The design fastens at the back with ribbon lacing to ensure structural adaptability across various body contours. This piece is 1/1 and handmade in our studio in Athens.
